Sex Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation
Safe Harbor Protocol Guidelines
The Safe Harbor Protocol Guidelines are a comprehensive, multidisciplinary tool aimed at helping communities build a sustainable, local systems response to sex trafficking and sexual exploitation.
Minnesota Statewide Safe Harbor Protocol Implementation Project
The Minnesota Statewide Safe Harbor Protocol Implementation Project is the next phase in ensuring that all victims of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation in Minnesota are receiving the services and support they need. In partnership with the Minnesota Department of Health, SVJI @ MNCASA will be helping communities across the state develop community-specific Safe Harbor protocols that address the way sex trafficking and sexual exploitation are happening at the local level.
