Membership Services and Outreach
MNCASA is made up of over 60 member programs and concerned citizens scattered across the state. Many of these programs work in isolation in their communities. MNCASA strives to decrease isolation by offering support through technical assistance, resources and networking opportunities.
We offer training and educational materials to programs providing services to victim/survivors. We also work with other professionals in communities that victims/survivors interface with such as law enforcement, medical personnel, prosecutors, social services etc.
MNCASA holds quarterly Coalition meetings and Volunteer/Crisis Services Coordinator meetings, providing a platform for service providers across the state to exchange ideas, resources and support. MNCASA is a member driven organization that relies on member input to shape the direction the Coalition takes. These meetings are also utilized to solicit feedback from members.
We also keep our members informed of policy initiatives, emerging trends, current local, state and national funding initiatives, employment opportunities, training opportunities, surveys, studies and statistics.
