April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month!!
It’s that time of year again! April is a month filled with activities, awareness raising
and celebration of the work we do. There are many activities happening in

This year, MNCASA will be holding an awareness raising event called AWARE on
April 25th 4pm-8pm at the MNCASA office (The Kelly Inn, 161 St Anthony Ave, 10th
Floor, Suite 1001). The Minnesota Department of Health will be unveiling their
report titled The Cost of Sexual Violence, which details how much money
Minnesotans have spent on responding to sexual assault. We will also have a silent
auction and a raffle, as well as wine and hors devourers. The event is meant to
raise awareness of MNCASA and its programs, as well as the issue of sexual

The 2007 MNCASA Sexual Assault Month Manual is now available on CD! If you

The work done by sexual assault advocates and other professionals working in the
field or as allies is important all year long. But April is our month to make our
