MNCASA News Archived News July 23, 2009 Many advocates for preventing the violent use of sex are urging the hospitality industry to step up! Making pornographic images of women and children available as an amenity in hotel rooms is becoming a practice that business leaders and others are starting to challenge as counterintuitive to community wellness. The MNCASA Board has adopted a policy that prioritizes the use of porn free meeting venues, hotels, and conference space when conducting official MNCASA business. MNCASA will not permit the use of our funds whether public or private to support the "adult entertainment" industry which exploits women, men and children through sexually violent images. We will soon post our MNCASA policy as well as other documents that support this work.
